Q: What is your office hours?

A: 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Q: What are the shipping options & costs?

A: We charge flat rate of $12 for standard, $18 for express shipping Australia wide & we also offer same day local delivery if you are located within range. Bulky items will incur a surcharge.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Standard shipping is from 3-10 working days, express shipping is 1-4 days, please note other delays might occur outside our control.

Q: Can we click & collect?

A: Yes, we offer pick up from our warehouse in St Marys NSW, you are able to select this in the checkout.

Q: Can I pick up outside of business hours

A: Free 24/7 click & collect from our warehouse in St Marys directly from our own parcel lockers outside our warehouse, it's quick, easy & safe. Unlike traditional click & collect you would be restricted to collecting within certain hours, with our click & collect service you can collect any time of the day.

To access this service simply place your order online, choose "Click & Collect" and wait for the message for when your item will be ready to collect. If it's urgent please contact us to have the process sped up. It's free, easy, contactless & can be picked up when you are ready to do so.

How does Click & Collect work?

Step 1: Place your order online via our website and choose "Click & Collect"
Step 2: You will be sent a message for your locker number along with instructions & a pin code to access your items
Step 3: You can collect your items any time of the day or night.

Please note you must collect your item within 7 days, if you cannot please contact us to let us know.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, AfterPay & Bank deposit.

    Q: What is the return policy?

    A: We have a 90 day no questions asked for any returns, the item must be unused & the buyer will pay return shipping for change of mind purchases. Shipping costs are not refunded, only the cost of the items. Food items must be unopened.

    Q: What do I do if I never received my order?

    A: In the rare case this might happen, Please contact us straight away, we'll have it sorted for you ASAP.
