This frozen yoghurt product is our best seller, having a smooth and milder Asian style yoghurt flavour that is just the right blend of sourness, sweetness and milkiness. It's also gluten free. Manufactured in Australia, it is extremely popular with retailers and consumers all over the world. It can also be used as a base for ?Shakes and Smoothies to give a yoghurt taste boost to your product range, saving you time and cost.

DIRECTIONS: Add 3.5 litres of water to the mix bucket. Then add the contents of the Yomaxx™ sachet onto the water and mix vigorously with a long wire whisk for around one minute - until the liquid is smooth.

There are also options to include high levels of probiotic bacteria to our frozen yoghurt powder; though this adds some cost it is a powerful marketing strategy. As with all our products, Yomaxx™ is made here in Australia, packed in airtight, lightproof, gas-flushed food-grade foil-laminate bags with fully compliant food declaration information attached.
