They have a sharp edge which allows for precise cutting. The cutters are 2cm in depth. This cutter is perfect for fondant, cookies, sandwich dough, fairy bread, pizza dough, cake dough, fruit, cheese, and modelling clay. The cutter fits in the small acetate container we sell.
