Just add water and mix, you can use a donut hopper, teaspoon, ice cream scoop to make donut balls or a donut cutter. Can be used by automatic donut machines also.
- Set oil to 180 degrees
- Mix 1KG of mix to 425 of water
- Mix for 1 minute, scrape the bowl
- Let the mix rest for 10 minutes
- Mix again for 1 minute
- Spoon mixture into donut machine or scoop out into the oil
- Cook until golden brown
The 1kg mix will yield approximately 20 donuts.
